What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, SDK identifiers, and server-set tokens.

How We Use Cookies

Atlas HR uses cookies to keep the service working, remember preferences, secure sessions, understand usage when consented, and support billing or embedded third-party flows.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

Strictly necessary cookies support authentication, CSRF protection, routing, security, billing redirects, and session continuity. These cannot be disabled through the Atlas HR consent banner because the service depends on them.

Functional Cookies

Functional storage remembers preferences such as theme, accent colour, sidebar state, and cookie consent choices. These improve the product but are not required for core operation.

Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies are only used after consent where required. Analytics help us understand page views, feature usage, and product reliability.

Marketing Cookies

Atlas HR does not currently use marketing cookies. If this changes, marketing cookies will be off by default where consent is required.

Third-Party Cookies

Payment providers may set cookies during checkout or portal sessions. Other infrastructure providers may process technical logs as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your Choices

You can accept, reject, or customise optional cookies through the consent banner. Authenticated users can later change preferences in privacy settings. Browser settings may also block or delete cookies.

Do Not Track

Where technically feasible, Atlas HR treats browser Do Not Track and privacy preference signals as a request to avoid optional analytics and marketing tracking.

Changes and Contact

We may update this Cookie Policy as tools change. Contact privacy@atlashr.xyz with questions.
