Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy explains behaviour and content that are not allowed on Atlas HR. It applies to all users, organisations, community posts, prompts, generated documents, uploads, and integrations.
Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, generate, request, or distribute content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, violent, threatening, defamatory, doxxing, malware-related, spam, infringing, impersonating another person, or falsely representing credentials or authority.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not scrape the service, bypass rate limits, use automated access without permission, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, probe security without authorisation, access other accounts, interfere with availability, resell Atlas HR as a competing service, or use AI outputs to harm others.
HR-Specific Restrictions
You may not use Atlas HR to facilitate unlawful discrimination, harassment, retaliation, illegal termination, wage theft, unsafe work practices, immigration abuse, or other violations of employment law. Atlas HR provides tools and drafts; you remain responsible for lawful HR decisions in your jurisdiction.
Community Standards
Community discussions should be professional, relevant, and respectful. Anonymous mode must not be used to evade accountability, harass others, or disclose confidential information.
Reporting Violations
Report abuse to abuse@atlashr.xyz with links, screenshots, and relevant context where possible.
Consequences
Violations may result in content removal, warnings, feature limits, suspension, termination, refusal of service, or legal action. We may preserve records where required for investigation or legal compliance.
Appeals
If you believe enforcement was mistaken, contact abuse@atlashr.xyz with the account email, decision, and explanation.
